Thrive Mobile App
WEDNESDAY, JULY 8, 11:00 AM—12:00 PM CT
This session will provide live demonstrations of both the patient-centered Thrive mobile app and the industry’s only caregiver-focused app, Thrive Care. The latest version of Thrive has been updated with multiple performance improvements to enhance ease of use and expand user options. Healthable data can be shared with loved ones or caregivers through the Thrive Care app, providing an easy way for the hearing aid wearer and caregiver to stay connected.
2.4 GHz Custom Rechargeables

Starkey is proud to introduce the world’s first rechargeable 2.4 GHz custom devices. With this new line of Livio Edge AI, Livio AI and Livio custom products, Starkey gives your patients the power and personalization they want. These custom devices offer the best hearing possible, direct from Apple OS and Android OS streaming, body and brain score tracking, and access to Thrive Assistant. This session will provide information on the full family of 2.4 GHz custom rechargeable devices, as well as a focus on the importance of taking a great ear impression.
Hearing Care Anywhere Remote Programming

This course will provide an overview of Starkey's Hearing Care Anywhere remote programming technology.
Healthable Technology with Livio Edge AI

Starkey’s Livio Edge AI devices are the industry’s only healthable hearing technology. Utilizing embedded motion sensors and artificial intelligence, Livio Edge AI can track physical activity and monitor the auditory stimulation of the brain. These devices can even detect when a patient has fallen and automatically alert loved ones of this event. The session will provide an overview of all the heathable features available via Livio Edge AI and how they are implemented within the Thrive mobile app.
Advanced Fitting Solutions
THURSDAY, JULY 23, 12:00—1:00 PM CT
The goal of Starkey’s Inspire fitting software is to provide the professional with an easy and intuitive tool to offer patients their best possible hearing. Inspire is built to ensure patients get all the benefits of the Starkey Sound. Inspire is truly the very cutting edge in hearing aid programming. This session will be a live demonstration of the software highlighting typical fitting tools and real-life fitting scenarios.
